DevPluse operates as an index and discovery portal indexing public open-source software repositories hosted primarily on GitHub. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content indexed on DevPluse infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3).

To expedite resolution, your notification must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact DevPluse tool URL (https://devpluseoss.com/tool/...) containing the material.
• Your contact information including full legal name, email address, and physical address.
• A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate.
